Privacy policy

This notice sets out what personal data Spin Terms UK collects and what happens to it. The site is a publication: it opens no gambling accounts, processes no payments and runs no identity checks.

What we collect

  • Messages you send us: your name, email address and the content of the message, used only to answer you.
  • Technical logs: IP address, browser, pages viewed and referring page, held in aggregate to keep the site working and to see which pages are read.
  • Cookies: strictly necessary ones, and analytics cookies if accepted. Both can be blocked or deleted in your browser; the site still reads.

What we never ask for

We do not collect identity documents, payment card details, bank details or casino login credentials. None of that is needed to read this site or to write to the desk. If something asks for them in our name, it is not us.

Keeping and sharing

Correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to deal with the request and no longer than twelve months. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. The technical providers who host the site can access data only as far as the service requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for processing to be restricted, or object to processing altogether. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Under-18s

This site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18 and delete it if we receive it.
